Lovely host with great in tentions to make our stay as enjoyable possible.
The kitchen was fully stocked with food and beverages for our stay (more than sufficient). Apartment was clean and tidy with good lift (elevator) access. Large and comfortable living area. Close to tourist attractions - easy walking distance or using the easy public transport system.
All was very good but 1. needed some clearer instructions when arriving at the address as it wasn't clear how to contact the host who was meeting us. 2. guests need to be requested to clarify numbers of beds required as there is only 1 bedroom and other rooms need to be set up with beds prior to arrival. 3. lack of space to sit for a preparedmeal

What would you highlight about Artist Residence Schwabing
Great place for people travelling by car who want to visit Munich.
Nice place with the windows towards a quiet backyard area away from the street. The fridge was fully loaded with drinks and snacks for the evening as well as breakfast for the morning and on top there was a big basket of fresh fruit as well. It is on the 4th floor but there is an elevator available so no problem to carry your bags up. At a one minute walk there is a metro station that can bring you to the city center and back even till after midnight. If you do not want go out, you can make use of the cinema, a big white screen and a projector connected to Netflix. You get e free parking card from the hostess with which you can park just across the front door. The hostess, Sylvia, is a really nice lady who wants you to have a good time and even urged us not to clean as she would do that for us.
For our one night stay it was no problem but if you stay longer it is good to know that there is no door between the two rooms but a screen curtain.
